Jeffry L. Stoddard, president, has extensive experience in land development, home building, and income property development. Over the past 25 years, he has acquired and developed dozens of residential and commercial projects in California and Idaho. Stoddard received an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Business Administration from the University of Idaho. James M. Saivar, founding principal, director, and executive vice president, oversees the company's sales and marketing activities. Over the past 35 years, he has been involved with the design, planning, and marketing of thousands of residential units in master-planned communities throughout Southern California. Saivar graduated from California State University at Northridge with a degree in Business Administration.
