The principals and co-founders of Buie Stoddard Group—Robert F. Buie, Jeffry L. Stoddard, and James M. Saivar—have worked together in real estate since the 1970s. Under their leadership, Buie Stoddard Group has attracted a team rich in talent and experience. Key management members are Robert M. Irish, Joseph T. DeComa, Robert A. Wyatt, Edwin L. Barlow, Russell E. Carlson, and Robert B. Montgomery.

Robert F. Buie, chairman, has over 35 years experience in the Southern California real estate development industry. He has been involved in the development of major new towns, large-scale master-planned communities, and over 10,000 residential units. He was formerly a senior officer of a major publicly traded homebuilder and formed the Buie Stoddard Group of Companies in 1983. Buie received an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnical Institute. Contact

Jeffry L. Stoddard, president, has extensive experience in land development, home building, and income property development. Over the past 25 years, he has acquired and developed dozens of residential and commercial projects in California and Idaho. Stoddard received an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Business Administration from the University of Idaho. Prior to co-founding the Buie Stoddard Group of Companies, he held positions at AVCO Community Developers and Continental Illinois National Bank. Contact

James M. Saivar, founding principal, director, and executive vice president, oversees the company's sales and marketing activities. Over the past 35 years, he has been involved with the design, planning, and marketing of thousands of residential units in master-planned communities throughout Southern California. Saivar graduated from California State University at Northridge with a degree in Business Administration.
